Eating non processed for a month:
Im doing this project because I want people to realize what food does to us and how really bad it is for our health to be eating so much processed foods. Here I will be posting dishes and foods I've eaten throughout the month so that anyone who try's this can have an idea of what to eat.

Difference between processed and non-processed foods?
NON PROCESSED:
The short definition of “Real” Food is food that doesn’t have a Nutrition Facts label. If it has a label, something’s been done to the food. If it doesn’t, nothing’s been done, it’s “real”.

organic food is processed?
Organic foods are minimally processed without artificial ingredients or synthetic preservatives to maintain the integrity of the product that began with organic practices on the farm. On or off farm, certified organic products can never use GMOs, irradiation, sewerage sludge, artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.
Authorized organic processes are simple processes such as: cooking, baking, curing, heating, drying, mixing, grinding, churning, separating, extracting, slaughtering, cutting, fermenting, distilling, preserving, dehydrating, freezing, chilling or otherwise manufacturing food products.

Paleo way: netflix show inspiration
Watching this show helped me to gain insight on which natural foods are really good for us. It made realize about many things I eat that I think are good, like canola oil is really bad for us, its better to use bacon grease or a natural fat. I learned that salt isnt actually bad for us, poeple say its bad because most salt is processed and contains other tan salt, unlike natural salt, is good in moderation like everything else. Also I learned that legums dont aport many nutrients, our ancestors ate vegetables, meats, seafood, fruit, nuts and seeds.
